Family Photography by Baby Photographer at ktb

I really love family photography in London, and it’s clients like these which make it so rewarding.

I met Elizabeth and baby Serina in Febuary during the fabulous Pushy Mothers buggy class I did with my newborn son on Hampstead Heath (which by the way, I cannot recommend highly enough).

Serina was Elizabeth’s fourth baby and her fourth round of Pushy Mothers, probably one of the reasons she looks so good. She mentioned how hard it is to get a photograph of the whole family, so we met early Sunday morning last week for family photography.

These are just a few of my favourite photos of her beautiful family!

Asian Wedding Photography at Warwick Castle

Ok, so I am a little late on blogging this amazing Asian wedding photography – truly one of the highlights of the summer, but I do believe that all good things come to those who wait.

Shehla and Tansel approached me about their wedding as I have photographed weddings for two of Shehla’s cousins.

I jumped at the chance to spend yet another set of celebrations with the Awan’s, Gilani’s and Khans! Plus, Tansel’s family is Turkish, and I immediately was charmed by his mum at our initial meeting, so I knew that a Pakistani and Turkish wedding couldn’t be anything but a great mix of tradition, style and fun.

The civil ceremony was at the beautiful Warwick Castle, Shehla looking absolutely beautiful, and there was a summer’s evening to remember!

Baptism Photography for Anairan at St. Michael’s Highgate

I had the honour of taking Baptism photography for Anairan at St. Michael’s Highgate N6, which is my family’s church and where my son was baptized just a few weeks earlier. Such a special day to welcome Anairan to the family!

As a photographer and friend of parents Kitty and Richard, I took just a few special photos of the entry of a new soul into our congregation.

Wedding photography for Shruta & Kartik’s fabulous summer wedding

I love wedding photography for the way it allows me to get to know whole tons of really cool couples and their families.

In one day, I am priviledged to not only witness the special vows and emotions of the bride and groom but see and capture wonderful little stories in my photographs which reveal the real personality and mood of the day.

I had photographed Katik’s brother’s wedding a couple years ago, so I was thrilled to be asked to another set of Patel celebrations!

Shruta and Kartik tied the knot on a sun-drenched summer’s day in Buckinghamshire surrounded by their friends and family.

There were blue skies, ice cream, confetti and dancing galore at this relaxed and happy wedding, and I thoroughly enjoyed photographing the celebrations and seeing the Patel family again!

Wedding Photography for Poorna and Rob

Poorna has been a colleague and friend of mine for years, so I have been looking forward to capturing her wedding day with great anticipation! With a style all her own, always relaxed and quirky, I knew Poorna would have a fun and special day planned for her and Rob.

Although I knew she’s want cool wedding photography, I knew that the cute but camera shy couple wouldn’t want to spend too much time focusing on getting their photographs.

With a great East meets West theme, there were colourful flowers and dresses with peacocks and Bollywood decorations, and a great sunny, English garden for their guests to relax, laugh and have a great party! There are so many photographs to choose from, so I have selected some of my favourites of preparations and the Indian and English traditions.

Baby, I’m back!

So I am back! After 9 1/2 glorious mummy months since last August (ok, so I did sneak in a few weddings along the way), I am photographing again (not just baby photography).

I’ve been getting back into the full swing of things in time for the 2011 summer wedding season.

I have some gorgeous weddings coming up – Warwick Castle, Jumeriah Carlton Towers, Petworth, here I come. I think I deserve a round of applause!

Just in case anyone has been wondering where I have been and why no wedding blogs since July, I had a gorgeous baby boy on the 9th of August after shooting weddings through to the 8th of July!

Baby (and my baby photography ) has kept me very busy, and mum has only done two weddings since his birth which will be posted shortly.

The bookings for 2011 are filling up with just a few spring and summer dates still available, so I look forward to hearing from you!

I’m loving being a baby photographer but weddings are still a real passion of mine.
